Our specialists will effectively clean your unit, remove debris, and keep your HVAC unit working efficiently. When you hire us to check on your unit, we’ll look at every nook and cranny to pinpoint any signs that it may need cleaning or repair. If we find anything, we’ll let you know as soon as possible and how much it might cost.

To install a new HVAC system, our comfort advisors come out to the home to provide a no cost proposal for the home owner. With each home, the comfort advisor customizes the proposal to meet the customers needs. Once options are given, the home owner is free to decide with which option they would like to move forward with. Once the option is selected, we must get signed approval to move forward with the HVAC install. When the proposal is signed, the comfort advisor will work with the install manager to schedule a date for the install of the heating and cooling unit. Before the install date, the install manager will need to take measurements on-site so he or she can order the customize equipment chosen specifically for the home. When the customized equipment has been received and the date has ben schedule with the installation manager, our install team will complete the installation portion of your project. On the last day a HERS test will be scheduled per state law to verify work.

  4. Enter Your Information:

    • Input your first name, last name, phone number, and email address.

    • Returning Customers: If you’re a returning customer, you’ll have the option to select your address to quickly pull up your historical service information. This helps our team and technician/plumber prepare for your visit.

  5. Specify Your Service Needs:

    • Choose between maintenance, repair, or install.

    • Then, specify what needs attention. Examples include heating system, repair AC, repair HVAC, or thermostat for heating and cooling, or find & repair leak, repair pipe, etc., for plumbing.

  6. Select Your Appointment:

    • Browse the available appointments. You’ll often see the first available appointment, which is usually same-day, or you can choose a date and time throughout the week that best fits your schedule.

It’s a very common and understandable question for customers to ask, “Why can’t you just give me a ballpark price over the phone?” However, at Lee’s Air, Plumbing, & Heating, we’ve found that providing ballpark pricing actually creates more problems than it solves, and it goes against our commitment to transparency and accurate service.

Here’s why we don’t give ballpark pricing over the phone:

  1. Every Situation is Unique (Too Many Variables):
    • The Root Cause: What sounds like a simple “leaky faucet” over the phone could be a worn-out washer, or it could be a cracked pipe behind the wall. An “AC not blowing cold” could be low refrigerant, a clogged filter, or a major compressor failure. We can’t accurately diagnose the specific problem and its severity without an in-person inspection.
    • System Specifics: The age, make, and model of your equipment (furnace, AC unit, water heater, etc.) significantly impact repair or replacement costs. Different systems require different parts and approaches.
    • Accessibility: Is the unit easily accessible in your garage, or is it tucked away in a cramped attic or crawl space? The difficulty of access affects the labor time and complexity.
    • Existing Conditions: Are there underlying issues with your electrical system, ductwork, or plumbing pipes that could impact the repair or installation? An old, corroded pipe might break when a new fixture is installed, turning a small job into a larger one.
  2. To Avoid Misleading You:
    • Giving a “ballpark” price means guessing. If we guess too low to try and win your business, you’ll be frustrated and feel misled when the actual, higher cost is revealed on-site. This damages trust.
    • If we guess too high “just to be safe,” you might be deterred from even having us come out for a proper diagnosis, potentially missing out on a more affordable solution.
    • Our goal is to provide accurate, fixed pricing. An estimate given sight-unseen is, by definition, an educated guess and rarely truly accurate.
  3. To Ensure the Job is Done Right, the First Time:
    • Our certified technicians need to perform a thorough diagnostic check. This allows them to identify ALL issues, not just the obvious ones, and ensure the repair addresses the core problem.

  4. Transparency and Our Flat-Rate Model:

However, to give you that firm, all-inclusive price, we need to understand the full scope of work, which requires an on-site visit.
